About the role
- Build relationships and act as dedicated advisor for a pool of Partners, assisting them on their journey to product adoption
- Drive monetisation of the Fresha platform by meeting monetisation and revenue growth KPIs through proactive engagement and education of Partners
- Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners onto Fresha’s payments solution (Sales Cycle)
- Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions (Market Trends)
- Advise Partners on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications (Advisor)
- Ensure a strong Partner Experience through video meetings and effective communication of Fresha features and benefits (Business Partnering)
- Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and handover of Partners
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback to help enhance future releases
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and upsell and cross-sell the Fresha Platform
- Report to the Account Manager Team Lead and work from the Madrid office five days per week
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role
- Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities (Closing Skills)
- Commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets (Adaptability)
- Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes (Analytics)
- Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve (Curiosity)
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred (Tele-prospecting)
- Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills (Communication)
