About the role

  • Report directly to the General Manager, South East Asia
  • Build and maintain relationships with a pool of Partner accounts, acting as dedicated advisor
  • Drive monetisation of the Fresha platform and meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth
  • Proactively engage, educate and convert Partners onto Fresha’s payments solution
  • Optimise listing content and availability to maximise marketplace conversions
  • Advise Partners on suitable product selection and upsell/cross-sell the Fresha Platform
  • Attend video meetings with Partners to ensure a strong Partner Experience and product adoption
  • Build key internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and handover
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback and influence future releases
  • Use consultative sales techniques and teleprospecting to understand customer needs and close opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role
  • Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets
  • Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes
  • Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred
  • Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Relationship Building - You are a true hunter and relationship builder
  • Team Player - Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required
  • Initiative - Ability to self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Added Bonus: Bi-lingual - Fluency or conversational in English, Malay and Mandarin
  • Added Bonus: Beauty & Wellness - Experience within the beauty and wellness industry
