💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key national accounts
- Drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets
- Oversee day-to-day operations in conjunction with on-site General Managers
- Manage and guide the activities of the management team
- Set strategic/tactical direction for each account and develop portfolio strategies to increase sales and profits
- Create, build, and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective clients
- Grow existing customer revenues by adding products/services, new locations, and price increases
- Lead overall account development including expansion proposals
- Manage client and Aramark budgets
- Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport and identify client needs
- Understand contractual obligations and leverage opportunities
Requirements
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus
- 5-10 years of experience as a District Manager level or equivalent preferred (minimum 5 years) including P&L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industries
- Bachelor’s degree generally required; advanced degree desired
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
- Established communication and teamwork skills at all organizational levels
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to create systems and processes to manage remotely
- Willing to travel up to 60%
