About the role
- Support customers via email and chat only – no phone calls
- Handle inquiries, provide clear information, and resolve issues efficiently
- Use internal tools to follow up on cases and document interactions
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across digital platforms
- Collaborate within a multicultural team and follow company procedures
Requirements
- Spanish (B2-C1) – written and reading
- English (B2) – internal communication and tools
- Previous customer service experience
- Based in or around Porto – on-site position
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including possible night shifts)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Immediate availability
