About the role
- Support customers via email and chat only (no calls)
- Handle inquiries, provide clear information, and resolve issues efficiently
- Use internal tools to follow up on cases and document interactions
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across digital platforms
- Work as part of an international and multicultural team
Requirements
- Spanish (B2-C1) - written and reading
- English (B2) - internal communication and tools
- Previous customer service experience
- Based in or around Porto (on-site position)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including possible night shifts)
- Immediate availability
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
