About the role
- Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs)
- Outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email & social to bring on new business
- Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha solutions to partner goals
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Provide feedback on ongoing market and industry trends
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM
- Serve as lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
- Report directly to the Head of Sales (GCC) and collaborate with the Commercial team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
- SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience desirable
- True hunter and relationship builder
- Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Naturally curious with desire to grow and develop
- Fluent in Arabic and English
