• Manage expense reporting, corporate credit card reconciliation, and financial tracking.
• Manage highly complex calendars across time zones using AI scheduling tools and priority-based logic.
• Build digital workflows for agenda preparation, meeting packets, and automated pre-reads.
• Coordinate hybrid meetings using Teams, Zoom, digital whiteboards, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate travel and itineraries, arranging pertinent meetings based on trip objectives.
• Research industry trends and ensure executives receive timely, data-informed insights.
• Support strategic initiatives with dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Develop presentations, visuals, reports, using advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and other platforms.
• Maintain organized, cloud-based knowledge systems ensuring version control and archival integrity.
• Facilitate communication across global teams, internal and external stakeholders in support of the Senior Executive’s directives.
