Manage and close a high volume of pre-qualified leads and other sales opportunities.
Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads and broader sales opportunities via phone.
Effectively communicate benefits of the Frazil bundle program and guide store owners/managers through decision-making.
Manage the sales cycle from first contact through agreement signature.
Build strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in CRM.
Work collaboratively with field sales to coordinate follow-ups when necessary.
Hit weekly activity and sales goals aligned with national growth objectives.
Educate prospects about machine placement opportunities and drive sign-ups for Frazil Bundle Program.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B, retail, or food/beverage.
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
Self-motivated and organized with strong time management abilities.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and coachable mindset.
Frequently communicate with team members through spoken words, email, and telephonically.
Fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT.
Frequent use of computers, including prolonged periods of screen time.
