About the role

  • Raise awareness and generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective pipeline generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Anrok’s value proposition and products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
  • Master and use tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to identify and prioritize accounts.
  • Organize and implement a multi-channel prospecting approach, developing and utilizing sequences in Outreach.
  • Schedule meetings on account executives’ calendars and ensure all activities are accurately logged for tracking and follow up.
  • Iterate on sales processes and strategies and help shape the SDR function as part of the founding Sales Development team.
  • Connect with finance leaders and drive revenue through consistent outreach and pipeline creation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales development or business development experience.
  • Comfortable with and excited to cold call (phone outreach central to role).
  • Ability to meet or exceed daily activity minimums (120 activities per day).
  • Adaptability and strong critical-thinking/problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who is organized, resourceful, and disciplined.
  • Team player with strong ambition and intuition.
  • Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Ability to manage a book of accounts and set pipeline-generation strategy.
  • Ability to build and execute multi-channel prospecting sequences and log activities accurately.
  • Finance degree or Accounting background is a plus.
