About the role
- Hunt and acquire mid-market and enterprise corporate accounts for the Polish market from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Manage and respond effectively to RFPs and tenders
- Build a strong local enterprise network and strategic partnerships to facilitate market entry
- Lead online and on-site discovery, solution meetings and demos with key stakeholders
- Maintain CRM database, pipeline reporting and update prospect/account information
- Use LinkedIn and social selling to build relevant connections
- Represent FREENOW for Business at networking events, conferences and exhibitions
- Work within the sales team reporting directly to the Regional Sales Team Lead and drive sales activity to meet targets
Requirements
- Relevant experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting and closing
- Understanding of technology-driven, high growth markets
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Experience with using prospection tools and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft)
- Very good face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- Native/Fluent in Polish and English
