About the role
- Provide remote administrative, operational, and creative support to individuals, entrepreneurs, or businesses
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage and organize email inboxes
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Conduct online research and handle data entry
- Prepare reports or presentations
- Support social media management or customer communications
- Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, travel arrangements, CRM updates, and content creation depending on client needs
