About the role

  • Hunt and acquire mid-market and enterprise corporate accounts for the Polish market from prospecting through negotiation and closing
  • Manage and respond effectively to RFPs and Tenders
  • Construct a strong local enterprise network to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnerships
  • Lead online and on-site discovery, solution meetings and demos with key stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM database meticulously, report pipeline and update prospect/account information
  • Actively build LinkedIn network for Social Selling
  • Represent FREENOW for Business at networking events, conferences and exhibitions
  • Work within the sales team and report directly to the Regional Sales Team Lead; drive sales activities in line with company targets

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting and closing
  • Understanding of technology-driven, high growth markets
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
  • Experience with using prospection tools and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft)
  • Very good face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Native/Fluent in Polish and English
