About the role

  • Partner with Account Executives/Directors to sell the Benifex OneHub product suite to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Predominantly outbound-focused: generate qualified leads and arrange meetings through warm calling and multi-channel outreach
  • Develop and nurture existing and potential customers through marketing campaigns and campaign follow up
  • Research prospective customers and maintain data quality and prospect information
  • Maintain prospective customer relationships in a polite and professional manner
  • Work alongside all Benifex departments to ensure prospective customers are effectively supported
  • Assist the wider team in writing and distributing outbound e-mail campaigns
  • Follow up on inbound leads and distribute information where requested
  • Use sales tech stack (Salesforce, SalesNav, Zoominfo, Outreach) to manage pipeline and outreach
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within all aspects of the role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business sales: prospecting, outbound calling, multi-channel approach and lead generation
  • Experience selling complex or enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
  • Consultative approach and ability to build successful relationships with customers
  • Excellent time management skills; able to self-prioritise and organise workload
  • Driven and motivated with desire to exceed targets
  • Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Based in Ireland (must be based in Ireland)
