About the role
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for tech roles including engineering, product, and data
- Craft compelling job postings, conduct interviews and assessments
- Forge strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive international recruitment efforts
- Improve recruitment methods and processes and build talent pipelines
- Proactively source and cultivate relationships with exceptional candidates
- Facilitate seamless job offer processes
- Deliver clear communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Champion FREENOW’s brand identity throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Proven experience in full life-cycle Tech recruiting, either in-house or an agency
- Confidence in networking and building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organisations
- Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Experience recruiting engineering, product, and data roles across levels of seniority
