Handle full recruitment cycle for tech roles including engineering, product, and data
Craft compelling job postings and conduct interviews and assessments
Forge strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive international recruitment
Improve recruitment methods and processes and build talent pipelines
Proactively source and cultivate relationships with candidates
Facilitate seamless job offer processes
Deliver clear communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers
Champion FREENOW's brand identity throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Proven experience in full life-cycle Tech recruiting, either in-house or an agency
Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organisations
Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
