Responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various tech roles including engineering, product, and data
Spearheading the entire recruitment journey from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and assessments
Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive international recruitment efforts and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
Improving recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract best-fit candidates and establish a robust talent pipeline
Proactively sourcing and cultivating relationships with exceptional candidates to maintain a steady stream of talent
Facilitating seamless job offer processes
Delivering clear communication and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a 5-star experience
Championing brand identity throughout the recruitment process to ensure candidates understand the mission and values
Requirements
Proven experience in full life-cycle Tech recruiting, either in-house or an agency
Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organisations
Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
