About the role
- Own and improve creative processes end-to-end: intake, scoping, resourcing, timelines, and delivery
- Act as de facto producer: be the connective tissue between creative, strategy, and execution
- Turn scattered requests and feedback into structured briefs and repeatable workflows
- Partner cross-functionally (growth, content, product marketing, creative) to align priorities and keep projects moving
- Foster strong inter- and intra-team collaboration to reduce friction and increase velocity
- Document gaps and performance patterns to help optimize team structure and output
- Drive adoption of creative operations tools and AI platforms to speed up production
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep work on track
Requirements
- 3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operations (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment
- Experience managing a variety of creative deliverables (ads, social, video, campaigns)
- Strong project management toolkit (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset—you thrive when working XFN and bridging teams
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
