About the role
- Ideate, script, and record engaging videos to support key narratives and deliver on a video content roadmap
- Work with internal experts and external agencies to produce video content for website, social media, and events
- Represent the product in internal and external communication, educating and engaging audiences about advanced analytics and GenAI capabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on key product areas and describe/demonstrate customer use cases and value
- Conduct market intelligence to understand developments in the data and AI landscape and key personas
- Own key parts of release process, working with product and enablement teams to drive awareness and adoption
- Regularly collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, customer success, creative and design teams, and technical alliances
- Lead small cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Requirements
- Video experience – You can share examples of your prior work creating and publishing engaging video content
- Technical mindset – excited to get into the product and understand how it works
- Experience in data, analytics, or AI products, including prior work experience or hands-on experience in related data science tools and technology
- Familiar with video production tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro
- A charismatic and engaging speaker, comfortable presenting in front of the camera or speaking in front of groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and build trusted relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Strong diplomatic skills and ability to lead small cross-functional project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
