About the role
- Evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback to optimize quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Design high-quality visuals across digital channels and campaign assets (ads, imagery, web, email, and more)
- Partner with internal and external teams to guide creative priorities and deliver campaigns on time
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective, visually engaging design solutions
- Maintain consistency and elevate design standards across all deliverables, while driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Work independently with limited oversight, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and needs
- Contribute to refining internal processes that enhance team efficiency and creative output
- Stay current with design trends, best practices, and the evolving role of AI in content creation
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of graphic design experience, with a Bachelor’s degree and a background in agency or in-house creative teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and photography
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally and with multiple stakeholders
- Interest in generative AI and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Preferred: Experience in designing B2B/SaaS products
- Preferred: Experience creating visual content using on AI-driven products
