Manager

• As an Engagement Manager, you will partner closely with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI-driven content strategies that accelerate production, strengthen brand governance, and elevate campaign performance.
• Guide clients through discovery workshops, define high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end solution deployment—from requirements gathering to platform configuration and integration.
• Lead enterprise-scale marketing and creative operations transformations by leveraging Typeface's generative AI solutions to drive organizational evolution.
• Develop deep partnerships with key stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Creative Directors, Brand Managers) by demonstrating profound knowledge of AI-powered content solutions tailored to their business goals.
• Build trust, confidence, and advocacy through executive communication cadences and proactive project/issue management.
• Formulate comprehensive GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with customer objectives.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven content creation and brand governance.
• Define and prioritize use cases across email marketing, ad campaigns, social media, SEO content, and video creation.
• Collaborate with Typeface engineers and architects to build detailed requirements for customer-specific implementations.
• Guide solution configuration and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and platform integrations (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Campaign Manager 360).
• Drive product adoption across marketing, creative, and content teams through hands-on enablement and best practice sharing.
• Establish success metrics and business value frameworks tied to content velocity, brand consistency, cost savings, and campaign performance.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating field insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Develop and share scalable implementation patterns, templates, and best practices across the customer base.

Engagement Manager

DevOps Engineer

• Partner with Customer Success Managers, AI Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create GenAI solutions
• Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset—build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and demonstrate quick wins that build momentum for transformations
• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices integrating Typeface API/SDK, Brand Hub, Arc Agents, and multimodal content generation
• Build custom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases
• Develop integrations with customer systems (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics) and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
• Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product and Engineering teams to inform the Typeface platform roadmap
• Identify patterns and opportunities for productization of custom solutions while championing customer needs in internal product discussions
• Develop reusable components, templates, and patterns deployable across customers with CI/CD pipelines and governance checks
• Create automated testing frameworks for brand compliance, content safety, and quality assurance while designing scalable architectures for enterprise-grade volumes
• Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment, tackling challenges on-site or remotely while balancing multiple customer engagements
• Document playbooks, prompts, patterns, and best practices in internal knowledge bases and create technical guides for common use cases

Forward Deployment Engineer

Engineer

• Design and deliver visually compelling, user-centric demo experiences tailored to unique customer use cases.
• Create baseline demo stories and bespoke C-level presentations that align with customer objectives, industry verticals, and creative workflows.
• Build and maintain zero-setup demo environments that simplify setup and ensure consistency across the global SE team.
• Develop high-quality demonstration assets—including templates, visuals, sample content, integrations, and guided flows—for use across the global solution engineering organization.
• Build and maintain a searchable demo asset repository with strong version control and documentation.
• Create demo guides, configuration instructions, and best practices to ensure smooth adoption by solution engineers.
• Establish scalable internal processes, standards, and governance frameworks for demo environment creation, updates, and maintenance.
• Develop documentation and repeatable workflows that ensure usability, stability, and rapid iteration.
• Lead a small offshore team of demo specialists to create, refine, and launch new demo assets and offerings.

Demo Engineer

Executive Assistant

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple GTM leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling across time zones for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
• Prepare, edit, and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Plan and execute team meetings, QBRs, offsites, and company-wide events—including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Act as a liaison and communication point between GTM leaders, internal teams, customers, and the Office of the CEO to ensure clear alignment and execution.
