Support defining and championing a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Subscription Revenue Platform, aligning with business objectives and driving value
Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals, and prioritize features
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and translate business goals into platform capabilities/features
Create detailed features, user stories, acceptance criteria; participate in release planning and agile ceremonies
Work closely with engineering, operations, legal, subscription and supplier teams for seamless launches and ongoing support
Track and analyze KPIs related to platform uptime and health and drive initiatives to improve platform performance
Maintain understanding of global regulations, ensure compliance, and assess and mitigate risks
Prioritize security and ensure the platform meets high security standards to protect customer data
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of related experience in a Product Management or technology role
Experience in agile methodologies and writing detailed product requirement documents
Master’s Degree (preferred)
Experience with subscription platforms and products (preferred)
Experience using data to drive decisions, understand the customer journey and create actionable dashboards (preferred)
Experience working with analytical tools and data to understand product performance and opportunities (preferred)
Demonstrated experience with SAAS software development (preferred)
Experience with test driven development and continuous deployment (preferred)
Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly (preferred)
Ability to break down complex, ambiguous tasks into simpler tasks and communicate to stakeholders and leadership
Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels
Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, software design and development team
Ability to gather customer insights through user research and testing and prioritize product features
Aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude
