Lead a group of design and research strategists across FCSD pillars
Product Portfolio management across FCSD, Lincoln and Ford Pro: develop portfolio roadmap incorporating current products and experiences that contribute to parts and service revenue and oversee key strategic workstreams
Create and manage action plans to bring strategy and experience vision to life
Work with delivery partners to identify training opportunities and optimal approach for scale
Cross-functional collaboration: act as strategic partner and thought leader to lead large cross functional initiatives
Performance measurement: define KPIs and metrics, analyze results, iterate on strategies working with GDIA and the FCSD Performance Management team
Presentation and communication: articulate action plans and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations and reports
Serve as liaison to delivery partners by defining actions needed to launch products and experiences with clear RACI and project management plan
Define capabilities and change management needed at dealerships to drive results
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in portfolio, project and/or program management, and significant involvement in strategic product planning and development processes
Significant experience focused on Customer Experience (CX) strategy, service design, or enhancing the customer journey, ideally within a premium or luxury context
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable project plans
Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and white space
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Parts and Service Experience (preferred)
Experience with digital transformation strategies in the automotive sector (preferred)
Experience in global markets (preferred)
Field and Dealer Experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Design Thinking or Service Design methodologies (preferred)
Experience with data analytics tools (preferred)
