About the role
- Collaborate with ForceMetrics leadership to set and drive go-to-market strategy, establish sales goals, and foster customer relationships
- Take ownership of law enforcement sector in assigned territory and develop strategic territory plans
- Present and demonstrate product advantages and articulate solution value to law enforcement agencies
- Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and build relationships with agencies and city leaders
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to customer acquisition
- Travel to client sites to educate agencies and provide product demonstrations
- Accurately manage forecasting, pipeline management, and company reports
- Manage sales pipeline using MEDDPICC methodology
- Negotiate and close legal agreements and support customer onboarding
- Develop creative strategies with leadership and advisors to meet customer needs and sales targets
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must currently live in the U.S.
- Must pass an FBI background check
- Must be willing to take a drug test

- Passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of many
- Proven track record and consistent quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year primarily experienced in winning Net New Logos
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence
- History as a top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings
- Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes
- Experience within the public sector B2G vertical
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills
- Enjoy working in a lean, fast-paced team where you can take the initiative and generate results every day
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Bachelor's degree
