About the role
- Own and execute the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve rankings across core search terms
- Collaborate with the web team to ensure all pages follow SEO best practices (on-page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking)
- Monitor and improve site speed, UX, and mobile performance
- Manage ongoing website updates, build landing pages, and partner with design and development to improve conversion paths
- Conduct regular site audits and develop action plans to resolve technical issues
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and 6sense
- Write ad copy and coordinate with creative/design resources for ad assets
- Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts to drive pipeline conversion
- Test new channels and campaign types; manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to meet cost-per-lead and conversion goals
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts using A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other tools to monitor and report on campaign and website performance
- Analyze traffic and conversion data and deliver regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience managing paid media and SEO
- Fluent knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Fluent with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and data dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and testing
