About the role

  • Own and execute the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve rankings across core search terms
  • Collaborate with the web team to ensure all pages follow SEO best practices (on-page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking)
  • Monitor and improve site speed, UX, and mobile performance
  • Manage ongoing website updates, build landing pages, and partner with design and development to improve conversion paths
  • Conduct regular site audits and develop action plans to resolve technical issues
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and 6sense
  • Write ad copy and coordinate with creative/design resources for ad assets
  • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts to drive pipeline conversion
  • Test new channels and campaign types; manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to meet cost-per-lead and conversion goals
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts using A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other tools to monitor and report on campaign and website performance
  • Analyze traffic and conversion data and deliver regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience managing paid media and SEO
  • Fluent knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite
  • Fluent with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and data dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and testing
