Website Build & Optimize: Contribute to the rapid iteration of an existing website or the build-out of a new website and improve conversion rates (form submissions, inquiries, registrations, etc.)
Content Creation: Plan and write high-quality, high-converting core website content (e.g., homepage, course pages, About Us, blog posts) and optimize for SEO
Growth Advertising: Manage digital marketing channels (Google Ads, etc.) - strategy, campaign setup, ad creation, optimization & budget management for strong ROAS
Data Analysis: Integrate and analyze website traffic data with advertising performance data to assess overall growth effectiveness and report results
Working Schedule: Required to be online from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday; Remaining hours can be scheduled to complete a total of 40 hours per week
Requirements
3+ years experience in website ops/digital marketing/growth marketing and EdTech industry
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is required
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, etc.), with demonstrable results
Exceptional English copywriting skills, with the ability to independently create high-quality, persuasive website marketing content
Familiarity with core functionalities of major CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO best practices
Proficiency in using data analytics tools, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
