• Serve as the first point of contact for users, answering inquiries, providing course information, and resolving issues.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers, offer detailed course consultations, and help them make informed educational choices.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing efficient and high-quality service, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
• Keep accurate and detailed customer records, including all interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Collaborate with the team to collect customer feedback and help optimize our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on company course content, pricing, and policies to ensure the accuracy of information provided to customers.
• Participate regularly in training webinars to learn the latest educational information and product knowledge, enhancing professional skills.

• Teach higher elementary level mathematics virtually through the Think Academy Teaching Platform
• Actively engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and teaching guidance
• Grade homework and provide other essential teaching-related services
• Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback
• Work typically 30+ hours per week, primarily during weekends or weekday afternoons
• Participate in paid teacher training and professional development activities

• Website Build & Optimize: Contribute to the rapid iteration of an existing website or the build-out of a new website and improve conversion rates (form submissions, inquiries, registrations, etc.)
• Content Creation: Plan and write high-quality, high-converting core website content (e.g., homepage, course pages, About Us, blog posts) and optimize for SEO
• Growth Advertising: Manage digital marketing channels (Google Ads, etc.) - strategy, campaign setup, ad creation, optimization & budget management for strong ROAS
• Data Analysis: Integrate and analyze website traffic data with advertising performance data to assess overall growth effectiveness and report results
• Working Schedule: Required to be online from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday; Remaining hours can be scheduled to complete a total of 40 hours per week
