About the role
- Conduct in-person cold calls, walk-ins, and territory canvassing to generate new business
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations of Floral Image solutions
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and build a book of business with recurring commission
- Work closely with Territory Sales Manager and teammates; receive structured coaching and share strategies
- Routinely transport and set up 20-lb arrangements during client visits (company vehicle provided)
- Actively grow territory through face-to-face sales and community engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record in outside B2B sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
- Energetic & Personable
- Physically Active (comfortable carrying and setting up product)
- Experience in B2B sales (office equipment, pest control, security systems, or other face-to-face B2B sales a strong fit)
