About the role
- Generate new business through in-person cold calls, walk-ins, and territory canvassing
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations showcasing floral solutions
- Build long-term partnerships and become a trusted partner for clients
- Collaborate closely with Territory Sales Manager and teammates; receive structured coaching
- Routinely transport and set up 20-lb arrangements during client visits (company vehicle provided)
- Actively grow and manage a territory and build a book of business with recurring commission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record in outside B2B sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
- Energetic and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- Physically active and comfortable carrying and setting up product during sales visits
- Driven and competitive with motivation to achieve sales goals
- Community-focused and comfortable working face-to-face in the local area
- Experience in B2B face-to-face sales (office equipment, pest control, security systems, or similar)
