About the role
- Conduct in-person cold calls, walk-ins, and territory canvassing to generate new business
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop long-term partnerships and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Manager and teammates; receive structured coaching
- Routinely transport and set up 20-lb arrangements during client visits (company vehicle provided)
- Actively grow territory and build a book of business with recurring commission
- Cold calling in person and conducting product demos to local businesses such as offices, hotels, and restaurants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record in outside B2B sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
- Energetic and personable; strong interpersonal skills
- Physically active; comfortable carrying and setting up product
- Driven and competitive with goal-oriented sales mindset
- Community-focused; enjoys in-person canvassing
- Experience in face-to-face B2B sales (office equipment, pest control, security systems) is a strong fit
