About the role
- Perform door-to-door sales (D2D) for roofing services
- Generate self leads and follow up on some company-provided leads
- Participate in sales competitions and bonus programs
- Work outdoors and visit customer roofs (climb ladders, lift equipment)
- Potentially move into project management role with training and leadership responsibilities
- Use company vehicles during business hours or contractors after 30 days with completed MVR
Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Cell Phone
- Comfortable with D2D (door-to-door) sales
- Self-starting attitude
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required
