About the role
- Conduct door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales to generate and convert leads
- Use some company-provided leads and self-generate additional leads
- Inspect roofs and engage homeowners to sell roofing services
- Work outdoors, walk on roofs, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs
- Attend training and participate in bonus/competition programs
- Use company trucks/vehicles when available and comply with MVR requirements
- Pursue sales targets and commissions as a 1099 sales contractor
- Opportunity for leadership, upward mobility, and transition to project management roles
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES
- SOME COMPANY LEADS PROVIDED. SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED
- COMPANY VEHICLE USE FOR CONTRACTORS ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS WITH SHAMROCK, WITH A COMPLETED MVR ON FILE
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License is required
- A self-starting attitude
- Be a go getter
- Reliable Transportation
- You will need to carry a ladder (some collapsible ones may be available to check out from our office)
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Participation in E-Verify I9 Verification and successful completion of background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required for offers
