About the role
- Perform door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales and generate self-led leads
- Use some company-provided leads and follow up with prospects
- Conduct roof inspections and walk roofs to assess damage
- Climb ladders, carry ladders, and lift up to 50lbs as needed
- Present estimates/proposals to homeowners and close sales
- Participate in training program and sales/bonus competitions
- Manage projects and transition into Project Manager responsibilities when applicable
- Use company vehicles/trucks during business hours and after 30 days with completed MVR
- Undergo background checks and MVR review as part of onboarding
Requirements
- MUST HAVE SALES OR ROOFING EXPERIENCE
- Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales
- Self-generating leads expected (some company leads provided)
- 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented; self-starting attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Cell phone
- Completion of background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Completed MVR on file for company vehicle use
