About the role
- Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close
- Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations to secure new business
- Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert
- Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams
- Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process
- Represent the ApartmentIQ brand in your active markets and at industry events
- Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed performance metrics
- Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings (up to 25%)
Requirements
- 6+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
- Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
- Proven track record of success in closing deals
- Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus
- Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
