Director of Product Security, Privacy

• We're hiring a Software Engineer to build Night Shift, a conversational AI assistant that helps investigators surface critical evidence and close cases faster.
• You'll design and implement the conversational interface, build the orchestration backend that manages LLM interactions and tool calling, and develop integration pipelines connecting our AI to Flock's existing data platform and APIs.

Software Engineer III, Fullstack

• Own and drive the Local Select team’s revenue goals, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate Local Accounts across the United States.

Director, Customer Journey Operations

• We’re hiring a Staff. AI Systems Engineer to help support our emerging product, Night Shift, an AI research assistant that amplifies the impact of investigators by automating the tedious, repetitive steps involved in working a case.
• This role sits within the Machine Learning team and will work closely with partners in Engineering (Backend, Frontend, and Design) in a fast-paced environment.
• You will be one of the earliest technical contributors to our system architecture for agentic AI, and will own our AI evaluation framework.
• The outcome we’re after is clear and ambitious: measurably faster, more accurate leads for every officer and every shift.
