Lead go-to-market strategy for new verticals; develop & execute GTM ensuring alignment with business objectives
Own product positioning: define/manage core messaging, value propositions, customer profiles, and frameworks across channels
Drive product growth: partner with product and CRM teams to develop in-product messaging and lifecycle communications to increase engagement and retention
Champion market and customer insights: conduct primary research and synthesize market views to inform product positioning and GTM strategy
Establish and own key metrics and OKRs for product marketing, ensuring alignment with company goals
Collaborate closely with General Manager, strategy, and product leads to launch new products and reposition Flex in the market
Lead 0-1 launches and manage cross-functional execution
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product marketing
3+ years in a leadership role in high-growth consumer or fintech environments
Proven success leading go-to-market for new consumer products (0-1) with large user bases under regulatory and quality requirements
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
Exceptional analytical skills; translate complex data into actionable insights
Blend of strategic and hands-on execution; outcome-oriented with a strong bias for action
