• Lead go-to-market strategy for new verticals; develop & execute GTM ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Own product positioning: define/manage core messaging, value propositions, customer profiles, and frameworks across channels
• Drive product growth: partner with product and CRM teams to develop in-product messaging and lifecycle communications to increase engagement and retention
• Champion market and customer insights: conduct primary research and synthesize market views to inform product positioning and GTM strategy
• Establish and own key metrics and OKRs for product marketing, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Collaborate closely with General Manager, strategy, and product leads to launch new products and reposition Flex in the market
• Lead 0-1 launches and manage cross-functional execution
