About the role
- Lead a growing team of Product Managers building solutions for employers, employees, brokers, and partners
- Partner closely with engineering, design, GTM, and operations; work with head of product to shape platform
- Coach PMs to be user-driven, execution-oriented, and strategic
- Drive clarity on product goals, priorities, and tradeoffs across roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship cohesive, high quality work
- Guide discovery and execution across employer/broker dashboards, member experiences, and partner APIs
- Lead complex or strategic initiatives personally to unblock team or push work forward
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing PMs
- Proven experience at a high-growth startup defining vision, leading cross-functional work across engineering, design, ops, and GTM.
- Strong product judgment, taste, and clarity of thought. You bring others along by simplifying complexity.
- Experience owning business outcomes and measuring work by impact, not activity.
- A deep sense of care — for your team, for users, for the systems you help build.
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech (preferred)
- Background building platforms or ecosystems (e.g. APIs, marketplaces, integrations) (preferred)
- Strong design sensibilities (preferred)
