About the role

  • Lead go-to-market strategy: develop and execute GTM strategy for Rent product aligned with business objectives
  • Own product positioning: define and manage core messaging and value proposition, craft narratives and customer profiles, build consistency frameworks across channels
  • Drive product growth: partner with product and CRM teams to optimize in-product messaging and lifecycle communications to drive engagement and retention
  • Champion market and customer insights: conduct primary research and synthesize market view, act as voice of the customer to inform positioning and GTM
  • Establish and own key metrics: define and track success metrics, establish OKRs for product marketing and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate closely with General Manager of Rent and product leads as a core leader within the Rent division
  • Hands-on execution and willingness to roll up sleeves in a high-growth environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing
  • 3+ years in a leadership role in high-growth consumer or fintech environments
  • Proven success leading product marketing for consumer products with large user bases under regulatory and quality requirements
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Blend of strategic and hands-on execution with outcome-oriented mindset and bias for action
