About the role
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to the Leadership Team, owning executive/leadership hiring
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, and above across G&A (Marketing, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Business Operations)
- Source, engage, and hire high-caliber candidates from top-tier consulting, finance, and compliance backgrounds
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategy to build pipeline for future General Manager roles
- Manage entire offer process, including negotiating complex compensation packages and closing senior candidates
- Champion exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Leverage data and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and influence stakeholders
- Operate autonomously to architect long-term talent strategy for non-technical and corporate functions
Requirements
- 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on hiring senior-level (Director+) G&A talent
- Proven success in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing executive leadership (C-suite, VPs)
- Mastery of sourcing, negotiation, and closing techniques for passive, executive-level candidates
- Expansive and relevant professional network within G&A, strategy, and operations talent communities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand key drivers and talent needs
- Strategic mindset combined with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude
- Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy and influence in fast-paced, high-growth environment
