About the role

  • Manage the campaign lifecycle from concept through implementation, monitoring, and optimization for email and SMS campaigns
  • Design, build, and implement marketing email and SMS campaigns focused on driving engagement and sign ups
  • Develop compelling, high-converting email and SMS creatives aligned with brand voice and target audiences
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions; leverage data to segment audiences for personalized messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, sales, product, data, compliance) to ensure campaigns are well-supported and aligned with company goals
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and bring data-driven, creative optimization ideas
  • Oversee escalation processes and coordinate feedback loops to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; report insights and actionable recommendations; monitor conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement
  • Ensure marketing and transactional communications comply with relevant legal and industry guidelines (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing email and SMS campaign management, with a focus on A/B testing and customer communication optimization
  • Proficiency with email and SMS marketing platforms, A/B testing tools, and analytics software
  • HTML experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working in risk or regulated industries (financial services) preferred
  • Familiarity with telecommunications regulations (TCPA, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improving marketing performance and customer engagement
  • Proven track record in driving acquisition, retention, and reactivation through targeted messaging and segmentation
  • Highly collaborative, with ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and compliance teams
