About the role

  • Bannerflow is a SaaS Creative Management Platform enabling brands to create, publish, analyze, and optimize advertising at scale
  • Fixed-term Email Marketing Specialist role covering parental leave
  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, product announcements, event emails, and nurturing sequences
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated email workflows for inbound lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
  • Create and manage segmented email lists for personalised content and improved engagement
  • Monitor and analyse email performance metrics and provide optimisation recommendations
  • Ensure data capture, enrichment, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, and data governance with external partners
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and external partners to align messaging and nurture leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • +3 years proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably with HubSpot
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s email marketing, CRM, and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices
  • Experience with list segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and email performance analytics
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects
  • Analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred)
  • Experience with Clearout, Inscycle, Zapier, or Breeze Intelligence is desirable
