About the role

  • Build and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and automation programs in Pardot (MCAE).
  • Manage email execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate delivery and performance measurement.
  • Oversee list management and segmentation strategies to target regional audiences.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly in Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, paid, events) in coordination with content and regional marketing teams.
  • Support campaign logistics, QA, and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights with the Director of Demand Generation.
  • Assist with lead lifecycle tracking, campaign attribution, and generate reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor database health, enrichment, and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional regulations.
  • Follow established frameworks for campaign naming, lead scoring, and routing; document and refine workflows.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations and global teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (MCAE).
  • Strong experience with email campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building or using dashboards/reports.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across global teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
