• Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, YouTube) to drive high-quality leads.
• Manage paid social and retargeting campaigns as needed (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and other programmatic partners).
• Conduct ongoing keyword, audience, and bidding optimization.
• Build and run A/B tests across creative, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and ROI to ensure efficient spending.
• Build landing pages, forms, and automation programs in Pardot to support paid campaigns.
• Manage UTM tracking, campaign setup, and attribution alignment across Google Ads → Pardot → Salesforce.
• Ensure accurate lead capture, scoring, and routing for paid channels.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success Teams for clean handoff and follow-up workflows.
• Maintain Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds websites.
• Build dashboards and performance reports across Google Ads, Pardot, and Salesforce.
• Track CPL, CPC, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities across channels, regions, and audiences.
• Support multi-channel campaign execution (email, paid, webinars, events).
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, landing page structure, and messaging.
• Align with regional teams (UK, MENA, LATAM, AUS) to localize targeting and creative where needed.
• Help document and refine paid media and digital marketing processes.

• Provide accurate legal guidance and recommendations on all matters that affect the company.
• Support the Company through Trust & Safety incident responses
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of current education regulation (COPPA, FERPA) and legal issues with the ability to provide recommendations on potential needed action
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Domestic and International privacy regulations including GDPR
• Create, implement and maintain compliance policies to reduce regulatory risk
• Negotiate, create, review, and execute agreements and contracts necessary for business operations
• Manage and navigate the Company through litigation associated with general liability risk

• Build and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and automation programs in Pardot (MCAE).
• Manage email execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate delivery and performance measurement.
• Oversee list management and segmentation strategies to target regional audiences.
• Ensure campaigns are set up correctly in Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, paid, events) in coordination with content and regional marketing teams.
• Support campaign logistics, QA, and post-campaign follow-up.
• Track campaign performance and share insights with the Director of Demand Generation.
• Assist with lead lifecycle tracking, campaign attribution, and generate reports and dashboards.
• Monitor database health, enrichment, and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional regulations.
• Follow established frameworks for campaign naming, lead scoring, and routing; document and refine workflows.
• Partner closely with Sales Operations and global teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.
