About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define and execute the product vision and strategy for our global Family Engagement products.
  • Utilize analytics tools, including Salesforce, Amplitude, Snowflake and DataDog to collect and analyze data about user behavior and platform performance.
  • Work closely with engineers to manage product releases.
  • Facilitate roadmap planning to develop a strategic roadmap that balances execution velocity and company goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products across our target regions: United States, MENA and LATAM.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a customer-facing Saas product from strategy through delivery. 3-5+ years leading consumer-facing mobile or web products with demonstrated improvements in user activation, engagement, and customer retention.
  • 2+ years of experience working in edtech or within K12 educational institutions.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategy for consumer-facing products across multiple international markets, with experience adapting product roadmaps to account for localization, regional customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities across the US, MENA, and LATAM.
  • Experience defining product hypotheses, running A/B tests, and making roadmap decisions based on quantitative and qualitative customer data
  • High attention to detail, organization/project management skills, and collaboration across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market Teams, and Executive Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving educational experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
