About the role

  • Master pipeline management and proactively reach out to warm and hot leads, guiding them toward the right legal solutions
  • Quickly identify each client's unique situation and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with legal experts
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas and close deals
  • Partner with legal experts and client success teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional experience for every client
  • Leverage Salesforce and other sales best practices to track progress, refine pitches, and optimize workflow
  • Play a pivotal role on the Family Law Addendums Team, guiding clients through important life moments

Requirements

  • High-energy, results-driven salesperson with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • 3+ years in a sales or client-facing role (legal experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Passionate about sales and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
