About the role
- Master pipeline management and proactively reach out to warm and hot leads, guiding them toward the right legal solutions
- Quickly identify each client's unique situation and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with legal experts
- Consistently exceed sales quotas and close deals
- Partner with legal experts and client success teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional experience for every client
- Leverage Salesforce and other sales best practices to track progress, refine pitches, and optimize workflow
- Play a pivotal role on the Family Law Addendums Team, guiding clients through important life moments
Requirements
- High-energy, results-driven salesperson with an entrepreneurial spirit
- 3+ years in a sales or client-facing role (legal experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Passionate about sales and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
