• Own case progression from intake to resolution, driving case momentum and engaging attorneys when legal input is required.
• Conduct regular case reviews with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases are on track.
• Communicate consistently with clients and attorneys to provide updates, gather information, and anticipate issues.
• Identify legal workflow needs and ensure drafting, filing, and legal research are executed efficiently.
• Exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks, drafting and managing case documents and filings for attorney review, and researching law to support strategy.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or obstacles creatively and recommend process improvements.
• Support attorneys as a strategic partner by anticipating needs and enabling them to take on more business.
• Spot repeat business opportunities and advocate for clients while supporting attorneys’ goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to push client cases forward and improve operational efficiency.
• Track and report on client success metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Client Success Manager

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for attorney positions across multiple states.
• Engagement: Develop strong relationships with attorneys to understand their needs, provide market insights, and deliver top-tier candidates.
• Sales Strategy: Utilize your sales skills to identify new business opportunities, pitch our services to potential clients, and expand our client base.
• Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment metrics.
• Salesforce experience is a huge plus.

Legal Recruiter
