About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Flare's revenue growth in Europe while directly managing sales alongside Account Executives
Coach, develop, and hire a team of Account Executives, enhancing their skills across the sales cycle
Collaborate closely with marketing, channel, technical, and customer success teams for a seamless customer journey
Build and maintain an accurate view of the sales pipeline and assess deal health
Operate autonomously, representing Flare professionally across the European market and keeping leadership informed
Identify emerging opportunities across Europe and contribute to partnership development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on sales experience in cybersecurity, ideally with a background or strong familiarity in threat intelligence
Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Experience in leadership, possibly managing a small team or mentoring peers
Understanding of the channel landscape, including engagement and enabling partners and MSSPs
Sharp forecasting skills assessing deal quality and quantity
Ability to communicate with honesty and clarity.
