About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Flare's revenue growth in Europe while directly managing sales alongside Account Executives
- Coach, develop, and hire a team of Account Executives, enhancing their skills across the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with marketing, channel, technical, and customer success teams for a seamless customer journey
- Build and maintain an accurate view of the sales pipeline and assess deal health
- Operate autonomously, representing Flare professionally across the European market and keeping leadership informed
- Identify emerging opportunities across Europe and contribute to partnership development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on sales experience in cybersecurity, ideally with a background or strong familiarity in threat intelligence
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience in leadership, possibly managing a small team or mentoring peers
- Understanding of the channel landscape, including engagement and enabling partners and MSSPs
- Sharp forecasting skills assessing deal quality and quantity
- Ability to communicate with honesty and clarity.
