Account Executive

• Build a scalable, high-performing sales organization and transition company from founder-led sales to a repeatable, metrics-driven GTM engine
• Close deals at provider groups and health systems across the country and own a sales target
• Assist Flagler leadership in building out sales team processes and culture
• Inbound Lead Management: respond to and qualify inbound inquiries and manage full sales cycle for some accounts
• Lead Generation: identify and qualify new sales opportunities through email, warm handoffs, and conferences
• Prospect Engagement: conduct outreach, lead demos and meetings with decision-makers set up by SDR team
• CRM Management: maintain accurate records of prospect and customer interactions in CRM
• Sales Development & Execution: learn and apply sales best practices across prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing for handoffs and alignment
• Relay market insights and prospect/customer feedback to sales and product teams
• Prospect & Account Research: research target accounts and contacts to tailor outreach

Sales

• Own company revenue targets and consistently deliver against them.
• Lead the shift from founder-led sales to a self-sufficient, high-performing sales org.
• Travel extensively to meet prospects, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Develop repeatable, scalable sales processes and playbooks.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue with precision.
• Design and execute outbound sales motions.
• Partner with Marketing to optimize MQL→SQL conversion and inbound lead flow.
• Negotiate enterprise-level contracts with providers, payers, and partners.
• Build and manage channel partner relationships to expand market reach.
• Train, mentor, and develop AEs and SDRs through weekly sessions.
• Build and scale a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability and grit.
• Enforce rigorous CRM usage to maintain clean data and accountability.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying market insights to leadership and product teams.

Chief Marketing Officer

• Refine and own Flagler’s story; translate technical capabilities into differentiated, buyer-friendly value propositions.
• Produce case studies, one-pagers, white papers, videos, and impact stories that position Flagler as a category-defining AI leader.
• Build collateral including pitch decks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and executive messaging to help Sales close more accounts.
• Ensure consistent messaging for the exec team, customer-facing teams, and external channels.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google, conferences) that drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
• Partner with Sales to execute targeted outreach campaigns supporting key deals.
• Establish Flagler’s presence at conferences, industry events, and across digital channels.
• Stand up a marketing tech stack, track CAC, LTV/CAC, MQL→SQL, campaign ROI, and report KPIs directly to the CEO.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to ensure marketing strategy directly supports revenue growth.

• Work on realtime web application for audio and SMS communications with users (patients)
• The team is distributed remotely with regional hybrid offices in NYC and Vancouver, Canada. On-site is not required but encouraged if you are local for team bonding. There are many 100% remote engineers and non-engineers in the company.
