Guide new clients through onboarding, including solution design and tech implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand goals and align our solutions to their business needs.
Manage the end-to-end build of Firsthand agents—from content ingestion to front-end deployment.
Develop a strong understanding of publisher tech stacks to ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to troubleshoot issues and test improvements.
Act as a voice of the customer to influence our product roadmap on behalf of clients.
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials to support team growth.
Partner with commercial teams to craft compelling demos and technical narratives and represent Firsthand in technical conversations during the sales cycle.
Design and run AI experiments that demonstrate agent effectiveness and drive client value; analyze engagement data and user interactions to generate actionable insights.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize agent design, content inputs, and user flows; analyze campaign performance and generate data analyses and case studies.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in ad tech, martech, or a SaaS startup.
Excited about AI and its applications in marketing, media, and user experience.
Ability to toggle between technical details and strategic narratives.
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external clients; ability to build trust quickly.
Comfortable creating slide decks, manipulating spreadsheets, working with data dashboards, and gleaning insights from complex datasets.
Bonus points: experience with SQL, troubleshooting network traffic, and diagnosing complex issues across publisher tech stacks.
Adaptable and resourceful; able to thrive in new environments and adjust to evolving priorities.

Must be able to work onsite at least two days per week in the New York office.
