Community Manager

• Responsible for the delivery of outstanding client service, achievement of growth goals, operational efficiencies, and development of branch employees.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using a full suite of banking services, with a focus on customer experience, digital utilization, and compliant sales practices.
• Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products, including customized lending, cash management, investment management, etc.

Community Branch Manager

Analyst

• The Credit Analyst II collaborates with relationship managers in gathering and evaluating commercial credit related information on current and prospective customers by preparing written reports of analysis which include in-depth analysis of financial statements, historical and projection-based cash flow and ratio analysis, suggested credit structure, general industry analysis and identified risks.
• Reads, reviews, and understands various financial statements to include but not limited to; tax returns, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, agings, borrowing base certificates, debt schedules, equipment lists, credit bureau reports, rent rolls, lease agreements, and appraisals.
• Prepares financial spreads for various types of commercial and real estate businesses, municipalities, non-profits, and individuals acting as direct obligation borrowers or guarantors.
• Analyzes credit worthiness of commercial applicants and guarantors as appropriate by reviewing the loan application, spreading historical and projection based financial statements, calculating cash flows, leverage, and liquidity ratios, evaluating collateral, conducting research on the borrower(s) and key industries, and identifying risks.
• Analyzes findings and authors a comprehensive report of analysis using a mix of data analysis (charts, formulas, graphs, etc.) and written narrative.
• Evaluates credit quality and suggests proper risk rating based on analysis of most recent financial information.
• Possesses proficiency relative to credit transactions and analytical skills sufficient to enable independent underwriting of commercial requests for streamlined to complex requests with limited guidance from immediate manager.
• Ensures compliance to applicable regulations and keeps up-to-date with changes in federal regulations and FIB credit policy requirements.
• Assists the Relationship Manager in the preparation of reports for quarterly monitoring of classified and criticized commercial relationships.
• Completes financial performance metric covenant testing utilizing prepared financial spreads.
• Participates in a quality control program that provides for the monthly review of general forms, spreads, and analysis with the provision of feedback and mentoring.

Credit Analyst II

Call Center Representative

• Supports daily incoming calls in a flexible work environment.
• Supports both internal and external client interactions for general inquiries as well as complex financial transactions.
• Provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients in an efficient and effective manner to grow loyalty and repeat business.
• Uses bank systems simultaneously to assist clients ensuring proper documentation of both internal and external client interactions in CRM tool.
• Provides general maintenance of financial accounts ensuring attention to detail.
• Ensures adherence to department standards.
• Completes all required annual and compliance training.
• Supports new hire training as a mentor to new team members.
• Participates in group huddles and provides feedback when additional support materials are necessary.

• This role serves as the Relationship Manager for new and existing complex clients.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio with an average loan portfolio greater than $50MM up to $100MM.
• Manages at least 35 bank relationships generating at least $1.5MM in revenue to the bank.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative and strategic partnerships with clients based on knowledgeable advice.
• Initiates and develops new business through outside business development activities.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs based on the review and analysis of personal bank business financial data.
• Actively participates in community organizations to source business development opportunities.
• Analyzes credit to determine the ability of clients to qualify for borrowing requirements.
• Maintains compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities.
