Develop new business and drive company growth in designated territory
Build customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Conduct market research, sales outreach, and networking
Prospect, qualify, and sell to businesses via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
Knock on doors, attend local meetings and exhibit at local events
Complete a minimum of 300 activities per week documented in CRM (onsite/virtual meetings, email, phone calls, LinkedIn prospecting, association and Chamber meetings)
Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and achieve revenue goals
Manage a territory consisting of organizations within a two-hour drive of home office
Sell recurring air filtration products with provided training and support
Requirements
Must be located in the Hennepin County, MN area
Have the quality of perseverance
Strong communication skills - written & verbal
Be constantly prospecting
Be a relationship builder
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Outside B2B Sales
Cold-calling experience
Be able to climb and descend stairs and ladders from 10’-30’ in height
Have a clean driving record
Possess reliable transportation (no overnight travel required except for occasional Tradeshows and Team Sales Meetings)
Preferred: Previous air filter sales experience or experience selling industrial equipment and services
Preferred: Certified Air Filter Specialist Certification (CAFS) and/or HVAC Service experience
Preferred: Military, law enforcement or competitive sports background
